Everything primary care should be.

Direct primary care is a simple trade: you pay your doctor a monthly membership, and your doctor stops working for insurance companies. Fewer patients, longer visits, direct access. Here's exactly what that costs and exactly what you get.

vs. a typical year of copays plus one urgent care visit: $— Demo data

Membership prices are the practice's actual published prices. The comparison is a conservative estimate from published national averages (typical PCP copays $30–$50; urgent care $150–$250) — simulated for this demo, not a quote.

What membership includes

Your doctor, on demand.

Direct access to your physician — call, text, or email. During the day, and after hours when it's an emergency. Registered nurses on the team too.

Appointments that don't feel like appointments.

90 minutes for your first visit. 60 minutes after that. Same-day and next-day scheduling when you're sick. You're seen at your appointment time — the lobby is just a hallway you walk through.

The full primary care job.

Annual wellness visits, sick visits, chronic disease management (blood pressure, diabetes, thyroid, and the rest), personalized treatment plans, and coordination when you need a specialist.

Telehealth included.

Traveling, stuck at work, or too sick to drive? We've got you covered.

Keep your insurance. Seriously.

Membership is not health insurance, and we won't pretend it is. It doesn't cover hospital stays, surgeries, ER visits, or specialists. We recommend pairing membership with at least catastrophic or major-medical coverage for the big, rare, expensive things. What membership does is take the thing you use most — primary care — out of the insurance maze entirely.

Also honest: we don't bill your insurance for visits. For labs and imaging we offer discounted cash prices, and can still bill your insurance for those if you'd rather.

Prices on the wall, like everything should be.

Members get labs, imaging, and common medications at wholesale-adjacent prices. Search the list:
